Inward Meditation is meant for anyone with an interest in meditation.
You can join our meditation course. The entry level Introduction to Meditation course has plenty of depth to warrant coming back to it again and again.
We also organise walk-in meditation sessions. You can sign up through the contact form. Signing up in advance is appreciated.
Walk-in meditations start at 20:00.
* 19:45 – 20:00 Reception
* 20:00 – 20:45 Mindfulness meditation (guided or in silence)
* 20:45 – 21:30 Tea, more silence, a short talk and/or discussion
